After installing Oracle GoldenGate 12c (12.1.2) on a Windows 2008R2 server,

ggsci.exe not started with error:

Solution: This DLL is a part of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistribution Package (x64). (vcredist_x64.exe)

Download from here and install.
